Peering through the windows of Lafayette`s Crazy Horse Cafe, past the dusty rec league softball trophies, signs are still visible offering flauta, smothered or deluxe burritos. Much harder to miss, looking into the shuttered Mexican restaurant, is the massive trunk of an ash tree that erupts through a big hole in the ceiling and towers at least 25 feet over the darkened eatery`s roof.
